It is suitable for occasions with strict requirements for environmental noise, such as air conditioning circulation systems.Model DQGW features a horizontal structure. Product Features The low-speed centrifugal pump is equipped with a low-speed motor based on the vertical centrifugal pump, which significantly reduces operating noise and doubles the service life of wearing parts. It is ideal for air conditioning circulation, heating circulation, and end pressurization of various circulation systems. Its innovatively designed vertical structure further reduces floor space and occupied volume, making it more convenient to use. The impeller is directly mounted on the extended shaft of the motor, resulting in a short axial dimension and a compact structure. The pump and motor bearings are reasonably configured, which can effectively balance the radial and axial loads generated during pump operation, ensuring stable operation with low vibration and low noise. The shaft seal adopts a mechanical seal or a combination of mechanical seals, with imported titanium alloy seal rings, medium-sized high-temperature-resistant mechanical seals, and hard alloy materials for wear-resistant sealing, which can effectively extend the service life of the mechanical seal. Installation and maintenance are convenient. There is no need to disassemble the pipeline system—all rotor components can be pulled out simply by removing the pump coupling seat nuts. The DQGD vertical low-speed in-line centrifugal pump can be operated in series or parallel according to the requirements of flow rate and head. | Operating Conditions For pumps with a motor power of 0.75kW or above, the maximum working pressure of the pump system is 1.6 MPa (i.e., pump suction pressure + pump head ≤ 1.6 MPa), and the static pressure test pressure of the pump is 2.5 MPa. For pumps with a motor power below 0.75kW, the maximum working pressure of the pump system is 0.8 MPa. Available in hundreds of models to meet various flow, head, and power requirements. |
